Please see below for best practices for watching the live set stream from core tv using the core tv app as well as instructions for viewing in a web browser.

GETTING THE EMAIL & YOUR LOGIN

·       Your login is made up of your email address and a five digit code.

·       Your email is the one you or your Producer gave to Production.

·       Your code will be found in your email after the system processes your . You should have received an email from Teradek Cloud. It would have looked like this. (See Reference Image Below)

·       Once you locate your email, you’ll see a five digit code.

·       If you did not receive the email, that’s okay. Your email is in the system and there is an easy way to send direct to your inbox.

o   Visit Https://corecloud.tv/core-tv/auth via your browser on any device.

o   Click send me a new code option right below where you would enter your email and a new code will instantly be sent to your inbox. This email must be the same email that was given to the production team. (See Below)

·       If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam folder.

·       If you are still having trouble, please contact your Producer.

·       Once you have your code, and your email handy, you can now login via the APP or a Web Browser.

WAYS TO VIEW THE STREAM

1)     VIA APP

c.     Apple TV – search “Core TV” on Apple TV app store

2)     VIA BROWSER (significant delay compared to app options above.)

·       Visit Https://corecloud.tv/core-tv/auth and enter your Email and Code.

·       Using the Browser will experience a 20 Second Delay, which is more significant than the 2 second delay via the app.

·       You must use Google Chrome or Firefox only. Do not use Safari.

TROUBLESHOOTING

·       If you are viewing on a browser, please be sure to click live view

·       If you do not see your email, please visit this link Https://corecloud.tv/core-tv/auth and follow the instructions listed above, under “GETTING THE EMAIL & YOUR LOGIN”
